1 tsp EACH paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt

Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tbsp EACH paprika garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (for spicy)
1 tsp EACH salt & pepper

Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Great recipe but I would change a few things

Try using a boneless thigh instead of a breast they give better texture and absorb more flavour

Instead of paprika try using cayenne pepper

And use potato starch as the batter
