How To Plank Row with Elite PT Seb James.
1) Start in a high plank position with a dumbbell in each hand. Your hands should be stacked directly below your shoulders and your shoulders, hips and feet should form a straight line.
2) With your core and glutes engaged, exhale, stabilising your torso as you lift your right elbow to your hip. Feel your right scapula sliding toward your spine as you bend your elbow up.
3) Return the weight to the ground and repeat the movement on your left side.

I do this one every second day with 22kg dumbbell, 200 times for each side, total 400 times, I saw the benefits in a week, my goal is to do it with heavier dumbbell or more reps, if somebody see my comment just try it out it’s crazy good exercise, I’ve done so many exercises from all CrossFit things to bodybuilding exercises, but this one is simple and so effective
