I’ve always considered typography, imagery, colour, all the aspects of good cover & page design… It never occurred to me that one or two particular colours would be stand out preferences within each genre. I worked in a bookstore, ordering books for 11 different sections. You’d think I’d have noticed 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 This is why I come to YouTube—there’s a lot of basic stuff but when you find that one video with that one important insight you’d missed it can unlock so much potential. I find the trendy use of profanity (like the title you showed using F*CK) to be annoying and suggests the author is still in middle school.
