I get 3v from oxygen sensor heater ground. 12v from positive wire. When I measure both, 1.92v drops. And oxygen sensor does not work. Why? Why does ECU ground give 3v? When I clear the error, everything is normal, but after 5 minutes, 1.92v drops again.
