Quran mein iftar ya usko timing ka zomr nahi hai tab ekhtelaf ka hona to lazim hai.

Incomplete answer. In one Hadith it is mentioned that once rasool (SAW) was in a desert when he opened his fast but some of the sahabah didn't and they waited as a precaution for few minutes. It was said on that occasion that the people will remain on right path till they open their fast early.
This means that there is prohibition of taking precaution while opening the fast. Or once the sun sets the fast must be opened.
Kindly ensure while answering all the relevant hadiths are quoted.

Abu Ibrahim `Abdullah bin Abu Aufa (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: We were with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) on a journey and he was observing Saum (fasting). When the sun set, he (PBUH) said to a person, “Dismount and prepare the ground roasted barley drink for us.” Upon this he replied, “O Messenger of Allah, there is daylight still.” The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “Get down and prepare barley drink for us.” He said, “But it is still daytime.” The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) again said to him, “Get down and prepare barely drink for us.” So he got down and prepared a barley liquid meal for him. The Prophet (PBUH) drank that and then said, “When you perceive the night approaching from that side, a person observing Saum (fasting) should break the fast.” And he (PBUH) pointed towards the east with his hand.

لیل کے معنی رات یعنی اندھیرے کا شروع ہونا ہوتا ہے اور فجر کے معنی اتنی روشنی ہو جاۓ صبح کے وقت کہ کالے اور سفید دھاگے میں فرق نظر آ جاۓ۔تو اسینحکم الہی پر سب کو عمل کرنا چاہئیۓ اور اختلاف نہیں کرنا چاہئیۓ۔
