I have three on the vine that I just can’t wait to pick but will wait until I’m pretty sure their ripe. They are big and turned from green to whitish. I’m watching them closely. It’s been years since I had a sweet on so I decided to grow one myself. It’s got lots of smaller one I’m hoping will grow bigger.

I grew both cantaloupe and honeydew melons. Both were sweet but the honeydew I left on until the vine die. I thought they, honeydew would be over ripe. They were not.
