Here's my 2 cents : XRP is intentionally being kept low so them big boys can jump on board. Think about it. You get super positive news, it goes up and then gets back down to almost where it was before the news. Market makers control it now. And yeah, im fine with it. I'll keep holding. It will be the king of crypto.
