I'm extremely surprised to find this video but very humbled and then on top of that it comes down to whoever is willing to ask for any kind of help or recovery from a process today. I would think it's something different and used for affordable reasons everyone could use a little help especially me just take it for what it is and try not to give up.

If they live in these conditions, they are poor wretches, it was not their choice of life. They are human beings, we cannot abandon them to this hell.

Dear Holy Father, Please help the Homeless and the hungry. I was like them at one point in my life, You blessed me, gave me the strength to go on . I found a job, then an apartment. Now I own a home. Father I know you can help others the way you had helped me. If anyone watching can help Please do any help is better than no help. Not every homeless person is a Drug addict, or a criminal, I truly believe that a person can rise above with just a little help. I did it . I saw a beautiful homeless girl and asked if I could take her out on a date. She politely accepted and enjoyed herself. Soon after I asked if I could take her home, she smiled and nodded her head. Her smile disappeared when she saw me running away with her cardboard box

So for only $81, 000 a city can establish a HSV. The two person _Shelter 64_ costs $7, 000. 100 X $7, 000 = $7, 000, 000. For $7, 201, 000 the city can establish a HSV for 200 residents. For $160 million a city can establish 22 HSVs to shelter 4, 000 residents.
