When my family became homeless many years ago (we no longer homeless since 2014), we pitched a 2-man tent on the beach for a few nights, and there were 5 of us. You can imagine how tiny the space was for us. We looked at our children sleeping one night and it brought us to tears. They don’t deserve that… they are all good and respectful kids. They never blamed us for the situation we were in. We love our children so much.
