Be more stoic! Feel the emotions, but don't let them control you. Feel them, be aware of them, but never allow it to control your actions, as once the feeling subsides, all that's left is the wreckage from someone that you felt like wasn't you. Be sure to have very few close people you can share your feelings with, preferably your brothers! (Not necessarily by blood either.)
