I love how even as small hatchlings they posses immensely strong bodies in proportion to their size. Mine are all puppy dog tame. My favorite constrictor out there. I have 24 Ball Pythons. But a few years ago I really got into BRB’s. I think they will continue to grow in popularity. Key being getting animals from top tier breeders. They are said to be “nippy” while young. This has not been my experience. I actually hold the rat pup or whatever they are eating by the tail with my fingers and with 100% success they take it from my fingers and immediately constrict their prey. I can’t say enough good about this species.

Do you have tips for ones who are more striking, when I hold mine she strikes at my hand if a finger moves. I currently use gloves because shes like that. She was never handled as a baby, so shes just fearful.
