maybe you can explain why in connecticut this year we have only had one snow storm and it was in october. today its going to be in the 60s.

@boostplease Much of the water this year has been caught up in the Arctic, due to the pattern of this year's Arctic Oscillation and La Niña. As a result Alaska has been seeing a lot of snowfall while much of the lower 48 have seen little precipitation.
