Thanks for the video! Regarding onset time, something I have found helpful on-road is on the way to the job I will look at our information terminal and write down what time the call came in. Then if the person who made the call can't remember the onset time I ask "Did you call straight away? If not, how long after the symptoms started did you call?", and then I subtract their estimated call delay time from the time the call came in to get my symptom onset time.

I'm already an EMT. Went from private ambulance to ER. Now transferring from ER to the hospitals ambulance service and they are testing me like it's NREMT all over again. I found this pretty helpful
