I’m also type 1 too and I’ve been trying to lift but my A1c level is more then 15%

Why are you cutting in this season mate? Bulk it up a little bit. I’d say take at least 2700 calories daily

Hahah. How much insulin do u need to take mate? If u eat a normal plant based diet with no fat u will on average drop your insulin usage by 30% so with your diet I’d say it’ll drop by 50%. Being young u will not likely care but when u get older u will regret your high protein diet.
