How to Fix Nintendo Switch Black Screen & Not Working! (Easy Fix!)

Do you want to know how to fix your Nintendo Switch Black Screen & Not working? Sometimes when your Nintendo Switches battery is drained or it's turned off, it won't turn back on again without a proper charge, sometimes even it seems like it won't turn back on. To fix this get a good charge using a phone charge and plug it directly into the wall and remove the joycon controllers. Now press the power button down for 15 seconds then let go and press it down for another 15 seconds, and repeat this process.

So weird. For mine it was as easy as taking the controllers off and pushing the button. I have been trying for 30 minutes and never would have even thought to take them off. Thank you so much :) ❤

Sadly this didn’t work. I’ve tried everything. The strangest thing is that the battery symbol will appear after holding the power button down for about 15 seconds and then it vanishes again. It’s fully charged but refuses to turn on. I’ll send it to Nintendo to be repaired I guess but this will cost me $$.

YOU ARE LITERALLY A LIFE SAVER!!!!, for anyone who is trying this out THIS DOES WORK!, if it doesn't work the first time, dont keep charging just keep holding the turn on button, or try to do the whole holding down button for 15 seconds then let go then press it again then let go then press it again and that time hole down on it till it lights up or opens, this DOES WOKR it might just need some patience.

Nice, I've owned the switch since launch and this is the first time the black screen happened to me and this worked. Thanks! One 15 sec and 1 button press. Didn't need the second 15 second press.

Mine turns on but turns off in a couple seconds in handheld mode but when it’s docked and connected to the tv it works fine?
