Debated whether this was a good video or not to put up but I ended up going for it.

This is all my own opinion and I am not meaning innocence is broken just by doing drugs, alcohol, etc. And who knows what my future looks like. I just don't plan on doing anything right now.

I always get called innocent. I find it kind of patronizing, because I feel like they are saying I am naive and don't know the bad in this world. I know what goes on in this world, I just choose to follow what I think is best for me. You are right though, if those are the qualities that makes someone innocent than that is a good thing.

I agree with every thing you said. I always get called innocent and it can get very annoying. This video made me feel not alone and thatinnocent isn't bad

It's not that I am worried about being "uncool". I just don't like when people disrespect me as a result of it. They see me as naive or the "bitch" so I get treated as the weak one. I'm so tired of that. I much rather be away from people sometimes because they are so judgemental. It is hard being myself and I sometimes feel unappreciated.

Thank you for this I'm so sick of boys calling me innocent! just because of how I look young and how I behave! and innocent isn't even a bad thing it's actually a beautiful thing. It doesn't mean that I lack experience im actually wise for my age. It just means I don't do drugs or drink alcohol which apparently is normalized in this society and I'm so sick of it. People call me innocent a lot cause I never cuss and I don’t have a dirty mind, and I’m not the social type. But I ALWAYS wanted to be the bad cool edgy kid. I try wear my hair in a way that I look edgy, and wear mostly black. PEOPLE STILL THINK IM INNOCENT. But in the inside, I am the bad edgy kid. A few weeks ago I met a guy at bar I liked....and he liked me back. We were looking at each other till he approached me and asked for my number. Later that night we had a bit of time to talk to each other. I thought it was going well.


Later that night he texted me " I think you are too innocent for me "...another guy told me "I act like a nun" just because I am a calm girl, funny a bit shy and I don't throw myself on guys...why should I ? It's not like I know them...why should I be intimate with them 😅

I have the feeling nowadays...it's hard to find people that do not only have the intention to have FUN...


Or maybe I am just at the wrong place ...meeting the wrong people.

I'm always being judged by people because i'm innocent. Just because im 19 years old and have never decided to take drugs, be alcoholic, smoke cigarettes or never been through a break up they expect that I know nothing of the bad stuff that goes in this world or that I didn't expience enough to be "the mature guy" well I know as much as anyone else and I know what I have expienced. I just always decide to treat people nice and do what's always best for me. Innocent it's just meaningless insult.

Good video, i agree. I was called innocent many times for not wanting to follow cuestionable trends. During my childhood and teenage years, acting bratty and rebelious in order to be "cool" was considered a good thing among people my age. This led many kids and teens of my generation to a degenerate path they are still paying to this day.

Keeping a pure and innocent part of your heart is necessary in this dangerous world. Innocence is also needed for enjoying the common joys of life, for sticking to the right path, even when it doesn't seem the most practical or attractive at first, or for not losing the sense of discovery and wonder that lets us learn and dream
