With a personal and modern touch to the sound, LANCER follows a long tradition of outstanding Swedish Metal Bands like Hammerfall and Sabaton, drawing inspiration from classical acts like Iron Maiden, Helloween and Gamma Ray. Since their debut LANCER has giged on several festivals and rock clubs, together with bands like Steelwing, Wolf, Bullet and Katana, and was soon hailed to be the new rising star on the Swedish Heavy/Power Metal sky. With their energetic and technically brilliant live shows, these young musicians deliver the full package and have taken the world by storm the past 2.5 years.

Med en personlig touch följer LANCER en lång tradition av enastående svenska metalband så som Hammerfall and Sabaton, med inspiration från klassiska akter som Iron Maiden, Helloween och Gamma Ray. Är lite extra förtjust i gitarrsolot vid 2:58... Gitarristen känns bekant på nåt vis ;-)

this is pretty solid. sounds like a combination of Angra and Stratovarius, minus the keyboards/symphonics with a bit more of an 80s heavy metal leaning. Pretty damn good.
