My house does not have neutral wires as it was built in 1977. I have several models and timers that doesn’t require a neutral. The fan timer switch that works well is the GE model 15318. I have four of them. And I have replaced all my switches and plugs to the modern flat faced and toggle switches plus dimmers.

you might want to point out that using a lot of wifi devices can cause problems as most home routers only have so much bandwidth they can handle. That is why i use zigbee and z-wave smart devices and with home assistant i can do a lot of different automation's with it and almost all of them are local to the device so its extremely fast.

I'm a big fan of the new caseta claro & diva switches. Inovelli & zooz are also great options if you want to do more advanced things

What u recommend for a multiple dimmer lights. I have about 6 lights in my bedroom in the same circuit.

Out here the neutral wire is black and since mine don't have neutral in the light switch I pulled one across from a neighbouring socket. Seems to do the trick.

Just dropping in to say absolutely do your best to stay away from wifi light switches, they will clog up your wifi network in no time, zigbee, z-wave, thread, and caseta clear connect are all leagues better for reliability

The wire doesn’t necessarily need to be white, i suggest you guys research your country wiring color before continuing the video

Out of the the 2 with no neutral wires Lutron or the other brand which would you recommend if I use Siri and HomeKit?
