Lets not forget the Mission Control guy is monitoring 100s of mining teams each shift, sending equipment pods on demand and retrieving. And at least 10 or more mining teams are distracted, shouting "We're rich" and "Mushroom" in the coms. He is working with oversized children who can't stop shooting eachother, give the guy a break!
