Dura-Ace R9200 is Shimano's new generation top-level groupset, and has some big changes from its predecessor, including super smooth Hyperglide +, a 12-Speed cassette, and wireless shifters. Si has managed to get hold of it and show you just how much Shimano have managed to improve this latest version from the last.

I would be concerned that the rear mech now will be more expensive than ever before to replace with the junction box integrated in it, after all its the one component that is more likely to break in a crash and wears out first.
