I think the reason is honestly because i feel like I’m doing everything wrong. I make deprecating jokes about myself and other people, i justify myself being a jerk because “You have depression it’s not your fault” even when it is. I can’t make myself feel better because i don’t think I deserve it

As someone suffering of OCD, I am glad people can find these resources so easy. I struggled so much trying to point out what was wrong with me, thinking my brain was the only messed up one.

As a introvert and perfectionist, at first I wasn't like this and didn't thought about fixing(is this the right word) this but now I relate of this a lot and I think I know what to do now by watching this video! Thank you! And keep this content going! 😀❤

I think many people can fall into these traps. You have to remember everyone is human and prone to mistakes. We have to learn to forgive ourselves for our mistakes.

My one piece of feedback is to work more on the “how to help yourself” sections. It’s great that you’re always identifying potential problems, but not offering clear solutions usually just makes me feel worse about myself

In depression, we become our worst enemies, an easy tip just write all your negative things down on a paper and toss them in dustbin as if they are most false things in this world. You are amazing the way you are and deserve the best. Have a lovely day and a lovely life

This is the biggest struggle of my mental health journey. One of the things my therapist had me do that I didn't hear mentioned was trying to recognize the voice. A lot of my negative self-talk started with internalizing external negativity.

I can confirm that trying to talk to yourself in a positive way does in fact feel silly at first, especially if you are like me and you need to say it out loud. But it does feel less silly overtime and it really does help. I think of it like giving myself the same hopeful attitude that I would give to another. I would never be this critical of someone else, so why am I doing it to myself? My most common criticism to myself, "I am so stupid, I can't get this right, I suck", when I notice this voice I challenge it by voicing out loud, "Well that's not fair, or correct. I simply made a mistake, I can get this right." It sounds silly, but it seriously does work. Stay safe and hopeful out there people. You can do this!

Your videos are always short and straight to the point. They help me figure somethings out and help me realize that what I thought was one big problem is actually a collection of a lot of small problems and I was better able to deal with the smaller problems. This video is no different. Of course, not all people are like me, so what works for me might not work for others, but I am very gratefull for your efforts.

I have a habit, since like forever, to talk with myself, REALLY talk with myself. When I'm stressed out or don't know what to do. It's a bit like this
"What am I gonna do?? Now everyone's mad at me"
"Don't panic, it's alright. You just need to calm down"
And stuff like that. Or when I'm mean to someone I somehow remind maslef trough that voice no to.
Like some angel on my shoulder

The quality is 100 percent great, the animation is amazing, and your videos have a lot of good info, and the upload shechule is great. The only thing I can can think of that you can improve on is mabey not repeating the same topics over and over, but that's about it. Keep doing what you're doing!

Sometimes I feel like there’s too people in me. Negative self talk and positive talk challenging it, it feels weird fighting myself, or sometimes not being one of the voices.
