Our mission is to encourage, empower, and inspire people to live a life that Blesses God, in accordance with His word. As the Psalmist proclaims, "Bless God in the great congregation, the Lord, O you who are of Israel's fountain" (Psalm 68:26 ESV), and "Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name forever and ever" (Psalm 145:2 KJV). Just as Simeon, after encountering Jesus, "took him up in his arms and blessed God" (Luke 2:28 ESV), we seek to lead others in a life of stewardship, relevant engagement, and practical living that honors and blesses the Lord.

If Christians studied the scriptures we wouldn't flip out on not recognizing the main and the obvious things not just word for word but in essence. 🙏🏻❤

Never saw a Christian production criticized so much ... makes me wonder if we put all that effort into evangelizing instead, and bringing to light people's/religions false doctrines what we could accomplish

As a Christian creative, myself, I COMPLETELY understand what Dallas is saying. I already know I'm about to upset some people with my work. That's not my goal. My goal is to write stories that point to Christ and how He can transform lives; however, I've written everything from drama, comedy, to a martial arts horror. Don't @ me when you see my work on these streaming services, God-willing.

Yo i bet if these Christian’s saw Jesus in the flesh speak in front of them they would try and correct him. 🤦🏾‍♂️

When I very first watched the trailer on my own, before seeing reacts on YouTube, that was my favorite part. And I dig through Scripture in a Mike Winger type way lol. I’m not as smart as him but that’s how I go through the Word. Loved that scene in the trailer!!

Great video!
I am pretty sick and tired about all the controversy surrounding this show. I believe it is simply the enemy trying to divide us. All the nic picking needs to stop. I got sucked into it and i regret allowing myself to. I love the chosen. Not everyone has to, but goodness all the bickering is not necessary.

All I got to say is people are more concerned about this show than the actual bible.

The devil hates what God is working through this production. Keep up the good work.😁❤️

It’s okay to hold people accountable, but as you said, it’s just incredible how some will always assume the worst of others - especially when it comes to the kingdom.🤷🏽‍♂️

Some of us Christian’s are too judgmental. God is using the chosen to influence people to read the Bible more. The show makes people study the word more. This reminds me of the Pharisees getting mad when Jesus said “before Abraham was I Am.”

This is what Jon said & I liked that thought. I'm glad Dallas cleared that up.

Jesus is literally referred to as the Word incarnate in John 1, also the word of God and the law are used synonymously in the Bible. Totally agree with Dallas on this one, Christians are overreacting. Not only that but clearly the law of Moses did not originate with Moses, it came to Moses from Jesus (Yahweh) Himself. If anything this scene refutes LDS theology in many ways. I’m not sure where Dallas stands in terms of ecumenism, but that honestly doesn’t matter to me, I find it interesting that Christians have no problem watching anti Christian entertainment from Hollywood but take such issue with this show. God is definitely using this show to plant seeds and save souls so shouldn’t we be praising Him for it?

Good review, but can you slow down the speed when you playback videos? It's hard to fully understand what they're saying when it's going so fast. Appreciate your content!

Thank you @Ruslan KD! Wish I was closer and I'd join you at the theater. Someday I hope to meet you in person. Blessings brother.

From the beginning of the show it was said that, the show will not be use to replace scripture. It is our duty to read, examine and study the word (Bible) so we don't go into panic mode whenever an actor from the show opens their mouth or delivers a line. Whether the line is in the book of Mormon or not (I've never read it and don't think I will), if we are going to step into semantics, Jesus IS the law. He is the Verb made Flesh so Moses spoke about Jesus. We need to learn to enjoy more the work of creative folks and understand that this show is a creative representation and not to be taken as literal as many are doing. I love this show and wil continue watching; if anything, The Chosen has moved me to read more my bible and after every episode i found myself going back to that escripture and read it all over again and dicover things that scaped my attention before.

I was just talking about this the other day, that people will pin point "mistakes" and "faults" rather than the good things. It's so sad, even in the Bible, the religious leaders tried to attack Jesus at everything they thought was "wrong" with him, instead of rejoicing at the glory of his work

Forget about what the text implies.
Jesus never said He was the law. And the Chosen made a video with him saying he was the law.
That then becomes a different Jesus.
