I lost my cat and found him 6 YEARS LATER...but now it's too late. (a story of letting go)

(Episode 6) I'm the author of the WARM BODIES book series (yes there was a movie) and I live in the wilderness with my cat, Bob. My previous cat, Watson, went missing 6 years ago, but then he made a shocking, soap-opera return. Here is a story about the startling grief of losing a pet, the bittersweet reality of being reunited after so much time and change, and the lessons I'm learning from how animals see the world.
