I can never imagine destroying something expensive when I'm mad because youre going to have to clean up a temper tantrum that you allowed to happen. I'd be more pissed that I let myself get that mad and had to clean it up than anything that happened. Because when you're cleaning it up, whatever bad happened is still true so now you've inflicted a second pain on yourself without alleviating the first one

Sad enough i just came out from lost to YouTube to ease my mind before continuing and i found this. I can relate the emotion involved. It's not easy but then we have to keep going, keep learning, keep practicing and keep trying. Knowing where mistake came from and finding means to contain it.

If ur getting stoppped out at breakeven- thats the best case scenario in risk management. If youre constantly getting stopped out, u may wanna take a deep breath, zoom out, and look at larger timeframe to determine your next trade...
