Best I can do is the 5 min timeframe! But I don't stay in front of the charts: I wait for line or indicator alerts. Using the 4H is blowing my mind, expecially in such unpredictable conditions. That's amazing, frankly!

I love the 10 tick/pip renko chart on currencies. Market structure is so clean. Once price is in a key area of interest then that is when I look at candlestick price action. If the renko chart is ugly then that means price is in accumulation/distribution. I trade the range if it’s big enough or until some fundamental event where it could break out of consolidation

I just want to add another pro tip about signal candle and trigger candle.

Try to find a signal candle on a much higher TF, like in 1hr TF. Then find a trigger candle in a much lower TF like 1min TF using a powerfull pattern like candle pattern, divergences, or BoS.

If you use 4hr TF, then use 5min TF for the trigger candle. If you use daily TF, use 15min TF for the lower one, and so on.
