How to generate SSH keys for GitHub

GitHub recently (August 2021) changed their authentication policy to require the use of SSH keys to authenticate and push/pull changes to/from GitHub repos. If you are an Ibex user that likes to use GitHub as part of your development workflow or simply as a platform to share your work, then you will need to generate SSH keys on Ibex and add them to your GitHub account.
