You know the best part about this? All of Rick's catchphrase memories only have either Morty, Beth, Snuffles, Summer, or Jerry. None of them have the parasites.

Morty--who we know is real--mentioned these memories as opposed to a parasite doing it like with every other wacky situation mentioned. Also noteworthy is that everyone but Rick looks uncomfortable or bored during the flashbacks--these are bad memories, which parasites can't implant in people's minds. You know what that means?

At some point, Rick actually said all of these things.
