It's likely folks already figured this but I JUST realised that Morty triggered that flashback...and only the Smith family were in them...and Rick actually says a few of these catchphrases shortly after dealing with the parasites. So although we don't see them, apparently "Aids!" and "Burger time!" are canonically Rick Sanchez catchphrases.

The fact that reverse Giraffe is actually right about Rick's strange backstory because he ISN'T that family's original Rick, and in fact, he does not have any original family. Heck. I know that was likely not written in yet at that time, but it works out well in retrospect.
