ABOUT SUPERSTORE
America Ferrera and Ben Feldman star in the hilarious workplace comedy "Superstore," about a unique family of employees at a supersized megastore. "Superstore" centers around Amy (Ferrera), who recently was promoted to be the store manager and is the glue holding the place together, and Jonah (Feldman), a dreamer determined to prove work doesn't have to be boring. Their fellow associates include the sardonic Garrett (Colton Dunn), the sweet and clueless Cheyenne (Nichole Bloom), and the perpetually dismissed Sandra (Kaliko Kauahi). Also on the team are Glenn (Mark McKinney), who stepped down as manager in an attempt to have more family time, and Dina (Lauren Ash), the aggressive assistant manager who enforces Cloud 9 policy with an iron fist. Mateo (Nico Santos) was also part of the team, most recently as the self-promoted floor supervisor, until being detained due to his undocumented status.

I agree you shouldn’t rush into marriage but Jonah has consistently moved mountains for her and she won’t even acknowledge it

man this was extra tough on Jonah. He didn't just lose Amy and whatever future he was envisioning, he also lost Parker and Emma. So heartbreaking

I’m suing for the emotional pain this episode caused me

I raised a child like my own for 9 years. I the step-dad was the first one to hold her. 9 years later her mom decided she wanted to be free of marriage. Losing a wife is manageable but losing a child you helped raise is a pain that never goes away.

I'm calling it. Amy returns in the season finale and proposes to Jonah and it'll be a throwback to the first episode with the starry night

i’m choosing to believe that this is not the end for them, they spent too long building up to this relationship for them to just not be endgame.. but still i sobbed the entire episode like watching it actually hurt

Imagine being together for years, raising her kids, and she says I don’t want to rush into marriage...Tf?! Why are we playing house in our 30’s?!

As frustrating as this is, Jonah is 100% entitled to walk away in this scenario. He has always been there and felt they were in a different place. If Amy felt differently it’s fine, but if I had done everything Jonah had done for as long as he did it, I would expect my partner to be at least closer to where I felt about the relationship.

Unfortunately we’re just seeing a scenario where America Ferrera probably walked away from her contract and Ben Feldman wanted or was obligated to fulfill it, meaning that it probably would have had to end this way.

I just hope something happens with them because frankly, their relationship was what really made those characters special on the show. All the emotional investment that the fans gave should be rewarded at the end of this season in some capacity

Whenever a main character leaves a show, the show begins to loose its touch; like The Office after Michael left

The pain in her voice when she says "Jonah please I dont wanna lose you" and also when she says "What if I realise I made a mistake" 😫😫😫💔😢😢😢my heart

He's raising your child but moving is what freaks you out? I seriously don't understand that logic. He lives with you and raises your kid like his own, do you know how many single mothers would love to find a decent guy like that? What a terrible ending.

Hey.
You missed the best part.
When Sandra appears and she tells Amy

“ Aqua socks Amy! Aqua socks!!!
I hate you 2020 “

Sandra is the best. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Imagine being together for years and raising someone else's kid just for nothing.

The thing I hate the most is that...it's clear here that it's not like they had to get married right away, the problem is how invested she is in this relationship...and she isn't or well at least the writers make it look like right now. And Jonah doesn't deserve this, noone does, I love Amy and I don't blame her, but it is the issue, the issue wouldn't exist if she simply was idk against marriage as in she doesn't wanna get married again officially, but the way she speaks you see Jonah is all in this relationship and it's like she doesn't believe in them so much while Jonah literally just wants to be with her and parker because it doesn't matter the state or the place or the job for him...he just wants his family but it sucks for your partner to be so insecure about your relationship even though you already are doing it all together.

I can’t stand how Amy just broke up with him because she felt “tied down”, how do you date for a year and a half, have your ex’s baby, Jonah helps raise the kid, get a promotion, make plans to move with Jonah to be in California for the job, and it’s only after 3 years of dating and raising a kid that you have a sudden realization less than 48 hours before leaving and with the knowledge that Jonah, who has given up going back to business school and a better job all for you, is going to propose, and it’s only then that you say hmmm, this guys not doing it for me let’s break up

well this is absolutely awful and the worst way i thought they could end

I dont know but to me jonah saying "you know where to find me" is foreshadowing to amy coming back for the final 2 episodes, weird last thing to say if that's the end

I said when the news of her leaving was coming out that its a lose lose no mater how they take the story either they get married and move to Cali and leave the show and keep going without them which sucks because they are the main reason a lot of ppl watch the show or they break up and all the years of will they wont they and them finally getting them together feels like a waste of time. Imo they should of just made this the last season and had Amy stay till the end and have the series finale be Amy and Jonah leave together happy and had a big wedding episode and all that good stuff.
