Pumpkin Spice Latte Tastes Disgusting? Try This. Be Surprised :-)

I can't stand Pumpkin Spice Latte... any of the cafe chain versions of this I've tried are sickly sweet and just tast fake. No thanks. A while back, though, when I was doing the video on making the ancestor or the cappuccino, I added a few actual spices (no syrup) and I noted that this drink actually tasted more like a spiced latte (but it actually tasted nice, not sickly).

So this version of the Pumpkin spice latte is for anyone who has a bit more of a trained palate, who doesn't want the equivalent of eleventy seven teaspoons of sugar in their milky... but just wants a really enjoyable, warming seasonal latte with some nice notes of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

As I say in the video, if you want the pumpkin flavour, then you can add some pumpkin puree, although what I would say is if you want more pumpkin flavour without putting so much of it in that it turns into coffee pumpkin soup, just stick some in a pan and sweat it down slightly to enhance the pumpkin flavour.

Just to add, my comment about "sponsorship" was meant as a hint to anyone from Moma who may be watching ;-), this video isn't sponsored by anyone.
