I worked at starbucks for 5 years. Just do pumpkin spice (from the spice isle) and brew a tbsp or 2 with the coffee when you make it then add condensed milk. Pumpkin spice is just a spice and starbucks just dyes it orange. It's all just condensed milk and spice powder. I make it at home and we have always loved it.

I dislike Starbucks immensely.. it’s too bad we can’t find a good replacement. We have Dutch Bros. Coffee ( it’s a chain)near us and they make sugar free coffee’s that are amazing.

It probably depends on which location you go to. The dunkin and Starbucks in my area have awful PSL. It tastes too sweet And like chemicals.
