Hey guys,

This is Episode 24 of 32 of our trip through Thailand. We traveled to Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Krabi and Ko Lanta and back again in 3 months. We didn't vlog everyday but we filmed alot, CrossFitted alot, explored alot and drove around on scooters alot.

Today we explore the Tiger Cave on Ko Lanta with our Ninja Warrior friends. It's an awesome adventure and we highly recommend it. It's inexpensive, fun and a gorgeous trip.

This was our last vlog on Ko Lanta. We had a really great time on the island and recommend checking it out. Spending 1 - 3 months on the island would be a perfect amount of time to explore, work and relax alot.

Thanks Nik and Mikaela for going on this adventure with us. It was a really great day. We had a blast working out (at Fit On Lanta) and exploring the island with you guys!
