This NUX Mighty Space amplifier was sent to me by Cherub Technology (the maker) for me to take a no holds barred closeup look and to review the unit completely unbiased. So that's exactly what I have created in this review. You won't find other reviews like this one, so it's really worth getting to know one of the best wireless practice amps out there.

As I take you through the review I'll tell you what's included, I'll cover the main internal components and show the quality inside, I discuss all of the technical bits like battery power and operation times. And of course, I'll show you the externals of the amp too.

Street price of the Mighty Space is US$449/ 469EURO.

I also cover the phone and PC app that is available free so you can edit the tones to your exact needs. And importantly inside this great little amplifier there are backing tracks so that you can get practicing to 'your' music. As well as that I discuss all the likes and dislikes I had about the NUX Mighty Space and I even compare it to the Yamaha THr30 MK II and why this amp makes more sense than the Yamaha device if you're i9n the market for something to play your guitar through.

Its also possible to play small gigs with this 30 watt amplifier for guitar especially if you use an external speaker cab. But even without the extra speaker cab, this amp is probably loud enough to stir up the neighbors if you was to crank it all to full volume.

One interesting thing is that the NUX Mighty Space actually comes with the wireless transmitter included as standard, as well as a handy little foot switch to start or stop the internal drum machine or the internal looper.

Overall this is a really classy unit and I hope my NUX mighty space review shows all you need, and you just know that it means business when you use it. There are loads of presets and IR's (speaker simulations) but you are able to add your own favorite IR's (or for that matter backing tracks) if you so desire.

I conclude with a 'Tony' score of the NUX mighty space wireless from NUX efx where I tell you my opinion about this unit after using it throughout the review.

Note that while the unit was sent to me for review (basically sponsored) this is entirely my own opinion and NUX or Cherub have had no preexisting advice about the unit - so what I say about this unit I completely standby as my own understanding of the device and its entirely my opinion.

I have been playing and using guitar equipment since 1970 and have (since 2009) around 400 reviews on my channel that you should check out as they are ALL genuine reviews.

I have spent considerable time creating this video so please do SUBSCRIBE, RING THE BELL, AND THUMBS UP to give my channel a boost and thank you for watching - I hope the video is enjoyable.

Dear Tony, it’s hard these days to find such an in depth gear review. Aside from the device, your work is thorough. As someone has commented, you don’t let yourself influence but those pill-like, five-minute gear reviews; instead, you dive deep into every detail that should be considered.
I am not a YouTuber, but I know how much editing videos can take; an hour long edited video must have taken at least 7-10 hours of work; and it seems you have done it for free. Thank you very much.
Besides, I can see that you take care of your audience, since almost every comment has your answer.
Greetings from Spain

I've never seen a review going this deep in to all the specs and little details of a product. This was an outstanding performance of hard work and dedication, to put out the absolute best and throughout review, to give the viewer the best possible idea of what type of product they're looking at. Thank you for all the work that you put into the review. Truly outstanding!

I've watched many YT reviews about this amp and yours is very informative and thorough. Thanks for showing the inards discussing the processors, etc. I think this little device has great features and offers lots of bang for the buck. I've ordered one and can't wait for it to arrive along with my new guitar. Keep up the great work.

I just wanted to say that I have been watching hours and hours of videos on desk top amps. I am watching this one for the second time, and am finally calling it quits on my research on this subject. Tony, I have decided to go with this one based on this fantastic review of yours. There are many benefits and features that I like... and some not so much... but, the pros far outweigh the cons, especially compared to the other desk top amp competitors to this one. I read a "not so good" review of this amp on Amazon, complaining that his NUX Mighty Space completely died on him right after the 1 year mark of ownership. I got really nervous about that. $460 is a lot of money to me. That's something I definitely don't want to worry about, and started thinking that I would strike this amp off my wish list and just get the Boss Katana 100 version 3. I used to own the Mark II a couple of years ago, and one thing I can absolutely say is that amp, for me anyway, was built like a tank and took a lot of my accidental and infrequent abuse (thank Goodness). But, then I remembered that you took this amp apart in YOUR review on this amp, and that you gave the build quality your vote of confidence. No other reviewer came close to being as thorough as your review. Again, thank you for choosing this particular amp as a subject for review and the amount of time that you put into completing it. Seriously, I've never praised a video review twice on any of my interests. I know from now on, that I will be checking out your channel first on all music gear related subjects... "What does Tony think?"

If something like this existed back in the mid 60's when I started playing (no price could have even been put on it.) This new modelling technology is amazing across the board (budget boxes included.) I'm a Headrush user but honestly could use any of the latest products and be completely happy, as they all sound astonishingly good and offer so many great features. That being said and price not being a factor, I believe personally I would prefer the NUX over the THR30.

Your comparison of the Yamaha vs this was the Nux comes with wireless. You need to compare better than that. Which sounds better which one has better effects, distortion, etc etc

The Yamaha THR30 is awesome for what it is but I got it about 4 months ago. Just got the wireless I ordered back then @ a $100 US. It travels well but wouldn't work with the NUX without putting a pedal between them. Thank you. I would love to try the NUX amp and compare.
