I specifically have problems processing excessive sight and sound. How much has this been studied?

Hello, I know it's been over 4 years but I'm struggling with SPD and have no idea what to do. Is there anyone with info?

I don’t know if I have this but I can tell which ways cars are going when I’m in them and looking at the roof of the car. I can tell if it’s straight, left, right or back when I’m laying down and taking space on the seats then looking at the roof when I want to sleep. I cant sleep so I try to tell what directions cars are going and I guess it correctly
