How To Price Items to Sell on EBay & Poshmark for Beginners 2021 Look up sold Comps & Google Lens

Hi! Welcome to my channel! In this video I show how I price items to sell on Ebay and Poshmark, created in May 2021. This video is designed for beginners, but if you are already a seller you might still find a few tips and ideas that will be helpful! I go through how to use Google Lens, what are "sold comps" and how to look up and use current and sold comparisons to price items to sell!

BIG roll of bubble wrap! My mom usually saves enough bubble wrap for me, but occasionally I order this roll when I don't have enough!

Ring Video Doorbell - One of my favorite items for reselling! I can monitor when my mail carrier picks up my packages and even communicate with her when I am not at home! (You can use the app on the phone and talk to the person at your door.) I also feel like it could keep potential theft of packages away!

Small mini ring light! Inexpensive and does the job for photographing and Youtube videos!

Not super related, but kind of! I’m currently only selling on Poshmark because shipping confuses me, but I really want to start cross listing to eBay. I know to weigh the item with shipping materials, but do you also measure all your boxes and put that info in too? I feel like it’s going to take forever to list anything there if I’m constantly weighing and measuring boxes.

I just set up my eBay account but haven't listed anything yet. I've been selling books on Amazon for nearly seven years, but want to expand into eBay so as to be able to sell media (DVD's, CD's, vinyl) & board games/toys, all of which I'm restricted on with Amazon. Problem is, at 58 and living alone without any help in this whatsoever, I'm wondering how I'll find the time and, more importantly, the energy to do even more sourcing and other tasks than I already do. Right now I'm just trying to learn the in's and out's of all the processes involved.
