I live near a Walmart and I never seen people like this for years and years then all of a sudden for the past 4 months or so I see at least one at Walmart every time I go. Hate these scumbags so much

I honestly saw a lady when in the store and cash in over $300 with dollar bills and coins. That’s how much she made a day doing this scam. Unbelievable
