Cool use of shape memory material, I'm guessing applied around the creases. It would be more impressive if better hidden; taking out a cloth and tossing it around into an intermediate level origami piece is really cool, but the oomph is lost when the unfolded cloth clearly has all the creases for every fold on it. It's a great idea but could be better manufactured, I suppose they are probably working on that. What seems the most impressive to me is that it does the folds in the proper order, tho I'm guessing it probably finds a way around some of the trickier, tiny folds and inversions needed to make a crane, I've seen simplified versions before for small kids that ends up looking similar at first glance but is way simpler to fold. I'd be much more interested to see this done slowly, to see what folding pattern it is using, and what kind of work around it has for the order that folds need to be made in. Longer breakdown vid would be great
