Ingredients:
-King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
-2 lbs ground beef
-3 yellow onions (thinly sliced)
-½ c beef broth
-¼ c red wine
-12 slices of Swiss cheese
-Salt and pepper (to taste)
-3 tbsp olive oil
-1 tsp dried thyme

Ingredients for sauce:
-2 tbsp mayo
-2 tbsp ketchup
-1 tbsp mustard

Preparation:
1. In a pan, add olive oil and onions (season with salt and pepper) and let simmer for about 30 minutes, then add thyme, beef broth, and red wine and allow to reduce on low heat
2. Line an oven pan with parchment paper and form ground beef into a large patty, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and bake at 400 for about 20-30 minutes (or until meat is cooked through)
3. Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half and layer with 6 slices of Swiss cheese, beef patty, 6 additional slices of Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and burger sauce (2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard)
4. Place top rolls back on and bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Hate it when they make a tutorial and don’t tell you what they used. What kind of sauce and how did you get the meat like that?

No way those onions were caramelized for 30 minutes 😭 they still look white
