Unified Employee Electronic Record brings together information from all 70 modules of Interact HRMS as one single view for the HR user who needs quick access to the information. Because Interact HRMS is a single and seamlessly integrated portal application, any information that is entered on an employee through any of the modules can be saved on the UEER without the need for manual re-keying of the data.

In addition, the UEER can be modified and configured specifically to fit the needs of the HR Department, with 100s of fields and dozens of tabs and menus which can be turned on or off or can be modified.
