The 2010s brought us food trends that changed the way we eat both in and outside our homes. Trends like non-dairy milk and vegan substitutes skyrocketed thanks to growing environmental awareness. Bakers around the world felt pressure to create the newest hybrid dessert, beer was pushed aside for bubbly water, and party spreads were made all the more tasty with the rise of the charcuterie board as an art form. I remember back in the days when I used sriracha for my Pho noodles, thinking that was the only place I'd see it.

Boy how things have changed.

Hot sauce is a trend? Black, Asian, and Latin cultures have all considered them staples for generations...

The girl that says she eats halal doesn’t even know what it means it isn’t blessed in a certain way but it is killed in a certain way

Halal isn't blessed food. Halal is the slaughtering criteria and cleaning method. The method is called halal not the blessings

"Flat flavoured water is disgusting" Ladies and gents this is how you come across as a spoiled brat, humans drink water so that they don't dehydrate. What you want is that water to be potable in order to drink it.

Beer companies already make a shit ton of money for example Anhauser and Busch has monopolized the market for both light beers and craft beers.

We called the thing you called Charcuterie, Picada. And we eat it since forever. The Italians called it antipasto, the Spanish tapas

The amount of privilege displayed by all commentators in this video makes me think they all live in the Williamsburg part of Brooklyn and know nothing about the rest of the world. Gross.

I could do with far LESS commentating from random smiley people. I'd rather see people with credentials or relevance.

As someone who is allergic to barley and rye, I am very glad that being gluten free has become so trendy. I couldn't even eat oatmeal before without my stomach blowing up.

Look. Okay.
Macaroons are little cookies that look like they have frosting on top.
Macarons are from France and are the trendy colorful cookie like sandwiches.
I’m tired of people getting this mixed up.
