...a few of my favourites; Tenuto for basic theory and ear training, Instuner to help hitting pitch and intervals, Sightsinging to go from the absolute easiest level (which i'm still at) upwards, in major and minor keys. The latter seems to be helping with pitch as well; you record 4 or 8 bars then it shows discrepancies, a regular 15 minutes gives progress.

I appreciate the articulation and pronunciation in a clear voice... for these old abused ears I need that actually, no mumbles. It's true that most creators use the closely trimmed out spaces between spoken phrases. I don't like that but like Russel Brand or some others, it's become ubiquitous. I'm still looking for better streamlined apps for playing backing tracks, guitar or live processing vst's etc.
