To those who wonder this is impossible. I have been growing Kankong for years. I am an experienced gardener and was a Master Gardener for 10 years. That is impossible. I'm sorry no plant can grow that fast. I planted some over a week ago and it did not even break ground yet. This is another thing on the net you can't believe your eyes. I also grow it in water and it takes longer to grow.
