according to my experience of the second harvest. the kang kong is softer to eat than the first time growing from the seeds.

Kang kong seed is available at agriculture store. before growing you should soaking in water for 4 hours. That is also ok to grow Kang kong from the seed without water soaking. some people grow Kang kong aquaponic or grow Kang kong aquarium. Kang kong grows like a weed in someplace.
