Testosterone Deficiency is a diagnosis of exclusion. Look to address your lifestyle, nutrition and physical exercise; alongside addressing possible reversible causes, before committing to TRT.

Testosterone is merely the foundation, TRT can be the catalyst for change. You need to earn your reward through effort, understanding that we are physical beings in a world full of psychological stress.

I would not advise anyone to take Nebido unless you are very low testosterone and can’t get black market steroids (test C or Test E) . I’m 62 and had above average testosterone but because slim wanted to build muscle which I did with 8 weeks of Test Cypionate 350mg per week injected into 2 times pw. I put 7kg weight on but my testosterone then went sky high 1300 and I got side effects of really greasy oily skin. Went to doctor and he said as long as I don’t do anymore black market steroids (Testosterone) he’ll put me on Nebido immediately! Worst thing I ever did first night was awake all night with insomnia then noticed all my muscle was wasting away I’ve actually gone skinnier even though I’ve still be going to gym. Nebido is weak fake testosterone but is released far to slowly in your system. Maybe for some guys it will work but for me it didn’t and to be honest I don’t think any steroids are worth messing your hormones up for as that’s what is just liquid fake hormones
