Athletes🗣️ Starting blocks aren’t always available nor necessary for your workout but you can still have a productive start without taking negative steps. This same approach can be used for a 4 point start as well. This is effective across all sports where sprinting is involved.

☑️2 feet from the line for your lead leg (helps with shin angle)
☑️Line up the toe of your back foot with the heel of of your foot of your lead leg
☑️The hand that goes on the ground is the one opposite of your lead leg
☑️At “GO” push off of your front foot and swing your back leg through striking the ground
