Even as someone who hates garlic, seeing the passion behind it is very heart-warming.

I get his garlic in nz . Tho I often find it starting to sprout when I get home from market and peel the bulbs to cook . So I finally gave up trying to find non sprouted bulbs and planted the ones I had growing shoots and now I have garlic growing haha . If life gives you lemons . . . Or garlic sprouts 🌱 😊

I do miss the all you can eat buffet, it's the only place to bring a teenage boy.
As a teen my friends and I were kicked out of a Cici's pizza for eating too much. We only ate two pizzas each.

Peeled garlic is much faster and easier to use - good for them in figuring out how to do it and making extra money!

Watching this about the shrimp just shows how disconnected Americans are. Sad that people are unknowingly ruining their children’s future by uneducated purchases. The only real vote we have is with our hard earned $$. Buy from local or small businesses. If that’s not an option boycott the large corporations. It’s not always feasible depending on your income, but we can all pick our battles.

By far this is the most heartbreaking industrial reportage from Business Insider. 😢

As someone who has been in the industry for a very long time. Chinese garlic is fumigated 3 times. I’m from Morgan Hill California. If it gives you gas and jacks up your gut. That restaurant is buying Chinese.

Garlic is very easy to grow. They don’t need a lot of attention or fertilizer. I live in Vermont, start place the clove into the soils around October. But May or June I’m harvest garlic scapes (flower bud) to eat. By August harvest the bulb, then use the around 20% harvest garlic bulb cycle the plant process again. Garlic tastes so much better from the graden to table.

These stories were educational and very interesting. From the Ted Turner Ranch, to the shrimp industry and the garlic industry. Very interesting thank you. PS I think I learned more about the country than I did in school.

Meanwhile FDA required Costco to recall 80000 pounds of butter, because the label did not state 'contains milk'. misallocation of resources, and total waste of food that many NEED

53:57 Buffets in the northern part of the country seemed to hit them hard! Southern buffets seemed to cook foods better.
