Everytime I tell my story, many people can’t believe it because it seemed like everything happened so fast. I feel the exact same way because sometimes I can’t believe how quick it happened. Many of the times you see people get rich quick it is due to making a big chunk of money all at once. It could be getting drafted as an athlete, signing some type of sponsorship deal, the list goes on.

But to grind and turn 10k into a million bucks without doing those things is no easy task. I want to give you the top three things I learned along the way.

Master a Major Money Making Skill. There is simply no way to become a millionaire quick without figuring out how to make big money. You need to master a skill that can make you over 250k per year. Once you have done that, then figure out how to do it even better and make more. For me that skill was real estate investing. More specifically house flipping and wholesaling.

Understand the Velocity of Money. I realized from the beginning how valuable my cash was. I couldn’t afford to park it and let it sit. Too many people buy a rental and keep their money in it. Then they take years to save up to do another one. I would rather do flips and have my money constantly moving and growing.

Live Below Your Means. People say this all the time but very few people can actually do it. You need to develop the discipline to save money early on. Many people start making alot of money and up their lifestyle with it. The result is they never gain wealth. To really accelerate your wealth, you will have to live well below your means.

Velocity of money is a great way to phrase it..my wife and I say make money move. When it’s stagnant it’s not able to do that exponentially awesome thing it can do. That was good stuff! And I like “live below your means”...I also have a 2004 tundra crew cab with 124, 000 right now, lol! I’d like a newer used truck or Tesla to feel a bit better about driving clients in...but I’m on the fence about getting something or waiting for a massive $ year. I sell homes, try and flip a house a year, just wholesaled my first real deal, cap partner in a mobile home park. We are on the right track but we need that exponential velocity! Finished Flip Your Future and took detailed notes. Real Estate is looking like the cornerstone that I'm going to build around.
