My go-to recipe has been Joshua Weissman's Chick Fil-A nugget recipe, but skipping all the panko/etc and throwing it straight into the air fryer. The MSG and umami powder alone knock it out of the park. Some of the ingredients probably aren't in most folks' spice cabinets, but I really, really recommend giving it a try.

my favorite chicken breast "hack" is to:
1. cut it in small chunks
2. put it in a bag
3. put in low cal bbq sauce and salt
4. let it sit
5. bake the chunks in the oven
makes it not boring imo

Your recipy has been a success at home tonight. I just wanted to thank you.
I guess it's been the temprerature. I've always been afraid that 400°F were too much for the meat and I had always tried lower temperatures. I love the final texture even though I used conventional chicken breast.

What you’re doing is called dry brining. Makes meat juicier while allowing for a better crisp when frying. That’s the magic you’re talking about 😉

A trick for low calorie high protein ranch dressing is using Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning from hidden valley then you can add some chives on top for extra flavoring and aesthetic lol :)

The salt on the chicken makes it crisper because of osmosis! It also allows the inner parts of the chicken to absorb that salt instead of it all being on the outside of the chicken! You should also always salt your stakes 18-2 hours before cooking, same thing happens and allows for a better sear!

Chicken breast is my favourite protein source but I usually make delicious low-calorie curries or stir fries (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc). If you know how to cook chicken breast properly it's the absolute best and doesn't become tough. Despite being a big fan of your channel I might pass on this one but keep up the great work.

Thanks. ALWAYS trying to figure out how to make the damn chicken better. Will try this. Maybe Do a video on the best sauces as well. There are so Going to try this asap . The store bought strips always taste better ...then mine and I'd rather do it myself. But when I do they're dry and I wanna choke on them. Ok I'm doing this next time. You are helpful dude. Another method. Keep chicken breast frozen. Add to a medium low heat pan with lid. Keep the lid on. Cook with lid on until cooked. This makes chicken breast 😋 moist.

Wish i could find the g hughes wing sauces nesr me. Only been able to find the Caribbean Jerk at one specific walmart. I love it but really want to try the others without spending a fortune for them online

I like chicken breast actually.. I crave the bland stuff after eating all the anabolic delicious stuff.. just not a fan of breaded meat..
