1. Well, I have had a pat before. It was a cat called Kitty. She was a very lovely and playful cat. I got it as a present from my uncle. When I received it, it was still 6-months old.
She lived with me for nearly two years. As I am crazy about cats, I didn't get annoyed with her at all. She would play very noisily and make irritating noises on the roof especially at midnight. But in the daytime I could have lots of fun playing with her when I got bored. Unfortunately she passed way last year because she was hit by a car while she was playing in the street. Since then, it's been a long time I don't dare to decide to keep a pet again as I am easily attached to it.

2. I live in Myanmar. In my country, most people usually keep dogs as pets. I suppose it could be just because they think their houses would be safe enough when they have a dog in their house or in the garden. And dogs can hold the fort while the owners go out. It is much better than leaving the house alone.
And having dogs can help them do regular exercise as they need to walk the dog in the early morning or in the evening . It is like killing two birds with one stone. So people in my country mostly choose to keep dogs as pets rather than other animals.

Thanks a bunch! Jack 💛
