We installed the Lippert 2 steps. No more diving board effect while stepping down off the OEM steps. We also installed the storing box where the OEM steps retracted into.

I ended up with MoRyde and noticed the ‘smaller step’ immediately! As far as China/USA...I’m glad I ended up with MoRyde.

Great video. Thanks for comments. Going with MoRyde now that I know it is made in USA.

Considering it was installed when I bought the trailer, I have the Lippert system. Plan on adding the gas assist strut and the extra handrail.

If the Lippert was made in USA instead of China, would’ve bought it. But I went with Moryyde-made in USA.

I purchased the MorRyde off of Amazon. Beautiful product. However, it came with no installation instructions. Fortunately they're online with a little searching. The fit during my installation was a concern. The MorRyde threshold was low and flat on one side (door side) but raised on the opposite side. Door would close most of the way but wouldn't clear the step threshold when almost closed. (Trailer was perfectly level) I called MorRyde for tech assistance. It turns out they said my existing threshold was not tall enough for this application (1/2" vs the required 5/8 to 3/4) even though one side allowed the door to fit perfectly. Returned them immediately. Waiting for the Lippert's to arrive.

Anyone point out the width difference between the two steps Lippert 24in Morryde 19in and yes the top step. China Hmm Morryde get up on your game and make a wider step. Love my AMERICA

Unfortunately, Lippert does not fit a 23.5” wide door.
